Parcours

Ndeye a commencé sa carrière dans le monde de la finance de développement en travaillant sur un projet pilote pour la Société Financière Internationale (SFI) sur les processus internes de gestion des risques opérationnels pour cette structure de la Banque Mondiale. Elle a ensuite rejoint le bureau central de l'Afrique de l'Ouest francophone en tant que membre de l'équipe d'investissement chargée d'identifier les opportunités d’investissement, d'exécuter des transactions, de gérer activement des projets du portefeuille et d'établir des relations avec les clients bancaires.

Après plusieurs projets d'entreprise, elle a dirigé le lancement d'un réseau d'investisseurs providentiels axé sur le genre au Sénégal. Elle est actuellement partenaire associée d’un fonds d’investissement, Brightmore Capital.

Ndeye est animée par un engagement fort à contribuer au développement du secteur privé dans sa région en œuvrant activement à la réalisation d’investissements innovants, développementaux et rentables et à la création d’un écosystème financier régional solide.
